Hi Everyone! After last week’s record ticket sellout for Train Jam 2016, we’ve decided to introduce something new this year! People will now have access to purchasing a Jam-Only ticket for $45.00USD. This ticket is for those who would like to purchase their train ticket straight from Amtrak yet still participate in Train Jam and all of its perks!
What Is Included
The Jam-Only ticket includes all sponsor provided items such as the pre-jam lunch, snacks, access to the PlayStation sponsored Observation Car, and the ability to showcase your game at GDC.
The Jam-Only ticket does NOT include the fare to get on to the train – you will be responsible for purchasing your own way onto the train.
How To Get
To purchase a Jam-Only ticket, here are the steps you must follow:
- Purchase a ticket from www.amtrak.com for the train which leaves from Chicago’s Union Station at 2:00pm on Thursday March 10, 2016 and arrives in Emeryville, CA on Saturday March 12, 2016 at 4:10pm. It should be the 5 California Zephyr. Please refer to this image to check your train’s information. If your ticket does not match all of this information, then you are not looking at the right ticket.
- Once you have successfully purchased a ticket, email a copy of the order confirmation to info@trainjam.com with the subject line [Jam-Only Ticket Purchase].
- Use the access code you receive to purchase a Jam-Only ticket from trainjam2016.eventbrite.com
